Health & Wellness

Health and Wellness is a twice a week group that meets to discuss various topics. As individuals in recovery we often face unique challenges to our mental and physical health. Sometimes this includes past trauma as well as the simple daily struggle to mend and maintain relationships as well as the journey of self discovery and awareness we must make to be whole and realized people. Health and Wellness is a group where we will delve into material that can help us with these and other goals. It is an opportunity to educate ourselves and also to hear and share personal experiences. Ultimately the goal of our group is for those who attend to gain knowledge of self and speak freely about the topic we focus on that day.


What a regular Health and Wellness Group looks like:


Co-Facilitators will introduce themselves to the group and then get in to materials planned for the day, stopping periodically for participants to share their thoughts if they wish to.
